Operator

DiamondQuests is operated by Daniel Delgado in Kentucky. Questions may be sent to admin@diamondquests.com.

Eligibility and minor accounts

• Adults age 18 or older may create or use their own approved accounts.
• Athletes ages 13–17 may begin a private athlete journey only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. The journey remains inactive and private until the invited guardian accepts the connection.
• Children under 13 may not create their own accounts or submit the athlete self-onboarding form. A parent or legal guardian must contact DiamondQuests and complete an approved parent-first process.
• You must provide accurate age and identity information and must not evade age or guardian safeguards.

Account and guardian responsibilities

Use only your own email and account, protect sign-in links and codes, and promptly report unauthorized access. A guardian accepting a connection confirms that they are the athlete’s parent or legal guardian, have authority to act for the minor, and consent to the private account relationship described during onboarding.

Invitation-only operating access

Submitting an access request does not create an operating account or guarantee approval. Administrators, coaches, parents, guardians, and other operators may access only the roles, organizations, teams, and athlete relationships assigned to them.

Your data responsibilities

You may submit only information you are authorized to use for yourself, a participating team or organization, or a child for whom you have authority. Review imported records and identity matches before publication. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information, private communications, medical details, or content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing.

Athlete journeys and verification

Self-reported or uploaded history remains private and is not authoritative merely because it was submitted. DiamondQuests may require identity, guardian, source, or administrator review before connecting records, activating a journey, publishing results, or awarding achievements.

Pilot purpose

DiamondQuests turns reviewed activity into athlete history, achievements, XP, diamonds, levels, goals, and reports. These features are for recognition and engagement; they are not official league records, medical advice, scouting evaluations, eligibility decisions, or guarantees of athletic performance.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape or redistribute athlete information, probe or disrupt the service, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, harass participants, or use profiles to rank, embarrass, discriminate against, or exploit children. Respect every athlete’s privacy and dignity.

Ownership and permission

DiamondQuests owns the service, branding, software, and achievement system. You retain any rights you have in submitted content and grant DiamondQuests permission to host, process, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, review, and improve the service and fulfill authorized requests.

Availability and account action

The pilot may change, experience interruptions, or end. We may correct results, remove content, restrict access, decline or revoke a guardian connection, or suspend an account to protect participants, address misuse, comply with law, or manage the pilot. Users and guardians may request closure or deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, DiamondQuests disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Kentucky law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions may be sent to admin@diamondquests.com.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. We will update the effective date when changes are material and may request renewed acceptance where appropriate.
